Luckily for me I have a friend whose wife is a former realtor and she gave me a couple of names. A neighbor on my street gave me some too. One name kept coming up and that was Pam Spiros of Caldwell Banker. My son called Pam and said he liked what she had to say and set up an appointment for me. Pam arrived all business. We went through the house and she didnt sugar coat anything. These are the strong points and these need to be addressed. Candor. Exactly what was needed. Pam has an enormous arsenal of vendors available at her calling. Need an electrician overnight, a residential sprinkler guy, you name it she knows them. And they come not in 2 months but this week. Invaluable. Pam was at the house almost daily and always checking the work in progress.
