We had to coordinate all three sales for a 1031 exchange for the purchase of a single property. This meant we needed a realtor that was tenacious, organized, receptive and willing to work every angle. We got all of that with Pamela. She even assisted us with professionals outside of her market area to help with our new investment. The tax consequences to us could have been catastrophic if we could not put these deals together. I would not consider anyone else for my real estate needs.
