    Mrs. Pero is very sweet, polite & knowledgeable. She is always a phone call or text away. She answered every question in detail and made sure we were very comfortable throughout the process. I would recommend her to ANYONE! She's the most thoughtful, understanding person I have ever met, let alone worked with.
