My wife and I were visiting Redwood City for the first time to look for a duplex or house to rent. We found a listing on Zillow and decided to just drive by the place. It just so happened that Erika Zandona was there for another prospective client and she was kind enough to give us an impromptu tour. Not only did we love the place, but we instantly felt at ease with Erika. We checked out other places for due diligence, but something about our initial interaction with Erika just assured us that we were in good hands with her. She was so diligent and responsive to our questions and concerns and it did a lot in helping us make our decision. Pam Tyson knows her stuff!! She has helped our family with a variety of real estate transactions- most recently the sale of my mom's house in San Francisco. A very unique situation because my mom passed away in the middle of the process- literally we were at the ER when Pam texted me that the counter offer had been accepted, my mom passed away the next day- I think in large part because her affairs had been settled, so to speak.
