My wife and I were visiting Redwood City for the first time to look for a duplex or house to rent. We found a listing on Zillow and decided to just drive by the place. It just so happened that Erika Zandona was there for another prospective client and she was kind enough to give us an impromptu tour. Not only did we love the place, but we instantly felt at ease with Erika. We checked out other places for due diligence, but something about our initial interaction with Erika just assured us that we were in good hands with her. She was so diligent and responsive to our questions and concerns and it did a lot in helping us make our decision. We also met Pam on the day we received our keys and she was just as informative and great overall. They have earned our complete trust and we would love to work with them in the future.

Pam is a dream when it comes to this tough SF Peninsula market. Because of her local knowledge and positive relationships with many local realtors, we were able to successfully purchase the first home we fell in love with. Pam Tyson knows her stuff!! She has helped our family with a variety of real estate transactions- most recently the sale of my mom's house in San Francisco. A very unique situation because my mom passed away in the middle of the process- literally we were at the ER when Pam texted me that the counter offer had been accepted, my mom passed away the next day- I think in large part because her affairs had been settled, so to speak. Pam goes the extra mile for her clients, she is thorough, she is compassionate, she is fair. You can't go wrong with having Pam on your side for any Real Estate transaction!
