She was a heaven sent Realtor and I am not exaggerating at all. I had a house fire and I lost a deal on one home she helped me find another. She was professional and she communicated well with everyone. She is locally known by many which is very resourceful. Telling people she was my realtor made things easier too because she is known for professionalism and her kindness. Her positive vibes and willingness to go the extra mile made my bad luck streak end with my family in the perfect home for us. I recommend her and her team to family and friends. As a buyer who had Katie as an agent, I can attest that her Bio description is spot on. She was responsive, helpful, on point, and everything else I needed. My home buying experience felt seemless. I know that was in large part to Katie doing her job, and doing it very well. The longest I had to wait for a reply to a question was about five minutes. I think in our current culture of making everything automated with computers, having Katie there to answer questions and guide me was an invaluable convenience. If I should choose to sell, I know who I will be contacting.

Janelle is the absolute best. Janelle can navigate the home buying process from start to finish and handle everything in between with ease.
