I have bought and sold several properties and no one comes close to their level of expertise. I just closed on a new construction project where they represented me as the buyers agent. Being that I had never purchased new construction, I had many questions throughout the process. Craig and Pam always responded to my inquiries, within less than an hour or as fast as they received the information from the listing agent.
