I am honored that my clients trust me enough to get them through any problems. I recently had a deal almost fall apart because of my buyers income. I was able to talk to one of my referred lenders and asked if she would qualify for a MCC credit. Not many lenders are aware of this discount. This helps clients take a deduction off their taxes during the year, in which their paychecks are increased. Again, this is not going to hurt them when they file their taxes. My client was very appreciated and she was approved and we closed on the house. She has sent me several referral since she moved in.
