When I retired from the military and moved to Texas, Pam was the realtor I chose because of the great reviews. I felt that she worked very hard on finding the kind of house that I was asking for, in the area I wanted. We are moving to Waco from out of town and Pam was the perfect person for us. She was able to get in and do video tours of homes the same day they went on the market so we could see them early and competitively. She was an expert in guiding us through the offer process, which we did 3 times before we landed on our new home! This market is nuts! She calmed our worries, eased our anxieties, and gave us every minute of time we asked for more promptly than we could've hoped. She even helped us get contractors out to the new property for painting and repair estimates, usually on the same day we talked about it! And even with the wild market and wait times for appraisals, Pam knew the community and the process so well that we sailed through and even closed on the house early. Pam is the best of the best. If you want a world class experience, Pam is the person you want.
