I have extensive new construction experience and just completed my own 7th new construction home in Kure Beach I am extremely detail oriented and proactive I make sure everything is taken care of early in the transaction so that clients can focus their time and energy on the move I am persistent in working with other agents inspectors vendors and lenders to make the buying or selling process as quick and painless as possible I am originally from PA but now call beautiful North Carolina home I completed my undergraduate degree in IT at Penn State University and received my MBA in South Carolina My background is in IT Project Management I have two daughters one is an East Carolina graduate living in Charlotte and working as a real estate agent The other is currently attending UNC Charlotte I have a Goldendoodle named Lily a Bernedoodle named Braxton and a cat named Bella I love taking my dogs for sunrise walks on the beach everyday and traveling to any place that is warm with palm trees and an ocean breeze
