Pam Gates

I have extensive new construction experience and just completed my own 7th new construction home in Kure Beach. I am extremely detail-oriented and proactive. I make sure everything is taken care of early in the transaction so that clients can focus their time and energy on the move. I am persistent in working with other agents, inspectors, vendors, and lenders to make the buying or selling process as quick and painless as possible. I am originally from PA, but now call beautiful North Carolina "home". I completed my undergraduate degree in IT at Penn State University and received my MBA in South Carolina. My background is in IT Project Management. I have two daughters, one is an East Carolina graduate living in Charlotte and working as a real estate agent. The other is currently attending UNC Charlotte. I have a Goldendoodle named Lily, a Bernedoodle named Braxton, and a cat named Bella. I love taking my dogs for sunrise walks on the beach everyday and traveling to any place that is warm with palm trees and an ocean breeze.
