Entering into the real estate market in 1995, Pam left a successful decorating business that specialized in new construction. Her first year in the business netted her the honor of being named Rookie of the Year in her company as well as in the Birmingham Association of Realtors. Her second year in the business slotted her as the top producer for Area 11 or the Northern area which was the area that her office was located. She has won several customer service awards and production awards but landed the top agent in her office when she changed offices to the Trussville area which has always been home to her. She believes in always learning in hopes of bettering herself in order to help her customers. She has earned the GRI, CRS, CSP and ePro designations. She believes in the philosophy and culture of Keller Williams and that belief has lead her to make her change to the Keller Williams family where customers come first and you treat folks like you would like to be treated....always! Most recently, Pam made the move into management and launched an office in Gardendale! After opening the office, she decided that sales is where her heart is and is currently serving her customers where satisfied customers aren't good enough....they must be raving fans!
