Where do I even start. Taylor has set the bar so high in my eyes I think it would be very difficult to find a better agent. Probably impossible! She went above and beyond to help me find a house when moving from out of state. She was extremely quick and efficient during our search. I came into town for a few days and she had a list of homes I wanted to see all sorted out by area ready for me to see. The way she organized the showings made the search effortless. This move could have been extremely stressful but she completely took the stress out of my long distance move. She kept me up to date every step of the way. She went completely out of her way to ensure I was able to see homes I was interested in. Some of the homes hours away. Once I found the home we wanted it didnt stop there. She went even further and even helped us set up our utilities visiting local offices to ensure our home would be ready once we arrived. The personal caring went way past what I would ever be expected from a real estate agent. The care and attention that was given to me really made it feel like I was searching for a home with a good friend vs a agent. Contacting her was always simple even on days and hours you wouldnt expect. She was very honest during the video tours we did prior to seeing the homes in person. She pointed out key things that were good and bad about the homes so I could make a decision about a home and if I wanted it on my "want to see in person" list. Her fun , friendly, and caring personality made every bit of my search amazing. You absolutely won't find a better agent! But it didnt stop there. Once settled down in our new home I needed to find a rental property for my business. Once again I reached out to Taylor and she immediately stepped up and was there to help. Again she went out of her way and was able to show me shops in my area (hours out of her way). There are few people in this world that care enough about their clients to go to the lengths that she did. If you are looking for an agent to help you sell or search for property, your search for an agent should stop at Taylor. You absolutely wont find a better agent, especially one that is as carrying and attentive as her. The next time I'm in the market to sell, buy, or rent property she will be my first call!
