Hi, I'm Paige Hamilton, a dedicated Realtor with a passion for helping others find their dream homes. As a proud native Texan, I bring a deep understanding of the local market to the table. I specialize in VA loans to assist our veterans, who have a special place in my heart. My commitment to personal growth led me to become a certified mentor with my brokerage, this offers the opportunity to guide and teach agents in their professional journeys. I'm also a Notary, ensuring essential documents are handled with care. That all to say I am confident in my ability to meet your needs. Beyond real estate, I'm a mom of two beautiful children and wife of a Veteran and small local business owner. I coach youth volleyball, and cheer as well as work with our PTA and local youth sports league. My hope is to help create a strong community that provides opportunity to all. I'm also the founder of a non-profit organization "The Closet" focused on supporting foster families need of clothing and shoes for growing children or even new additions, this has brought so much joy and fulfilment to me and one of the things that I take great pride in. Sounds cleche and generic, but all my transactions I am happy with the outcome. No one transaction is the same, they all have their ups, downs and challenges but they are all worth the ride!
To give a story; Recently I was able to help a young family who were facing unthinkable challenges. I have known this family for years and have watched them work so hard to get to where they could finally buy a home. One of the buyers had bought a home in the past (not with me) and had a terrible experience, I knew I would have to PROVE that is not the way I work. Finding the home we thought would be a long search, but the third home we walked into, they knew they were home. I could feel it too, and could see what they could see, and even better I knew some of the neighbors (built in friends). It was a VA transaction, for essentially first time home buyers. Of course the 30 days of contract was a non stop roller coaster, BUT when move in day came it all melted away. Seeing the comfort and relaxation wash all over this family and now seeing the post they make, that is why I do what I do.
That is a LONG story! I am happy to tell you, but the short version is: I have always loved homes, helping people, and the world of sales the Real Estate world was just a natural fit. And I can tell you, I have found my niche'
The school of life? I absorb everything I can, I ask all the questions and learn from everyone. I attend ample training classes through my brokerage, lending companies, title companies and other trusted advisors.
