She has the inside scoop on all things Baxter and found us the perfect home before it even hit the market. She then turned around and sold our rental property and Brayden home. Things weren't always easy - imagine a pipe leak on the day of closing! No problem...Paige had someone there to start fixing right away, kept the buyers calm, and even bought them a new fridge to help seal the deal. When we were out of town, her husband. George, would come to the house we were selling and blow off the front and back patios and make sure the house was "show ready." Paige "knows a guy (or gal)" for everything from pressure washing to cleaning to painting to handyman services. Both my husband and I work long hours and loved that Paige's team arranged all of these services for us and managed the communication/schedule with various vendors. This is a full-service team but also just all-around great people who are very active within our community.
