Page Wolfe is my agent. She is very knowledgeable about FONDREN AREA in the City of Jackson MS. She is knowledge in the principles and practices of realestate. She is fiercely protective in my case of buyer rights, while she advised me to protect my finances by getting a home inspection contingency, and I did and I had to terminate a contract, because the home failed inspection, so I got my Ernest money back thanks to Page.That house had a six hour inspection Page picked me up and stayed with me at the inspection for six hours.she unselfishly gives of her time and, in my case, driving me around FONDREN since i am new in mississippi. Once that contract terminated Page didn't skip a beat she worked day and night to help me get another house in FONDREN, and it is perfect.keep in mind she worked day and night to make it happen.Page is a great negoiator.She negoiated a deal and got $30,000 reduction on a listing in the hot market of FONDREN.
