Henry represented me as the buyer on this sale and he really went the extra mile to help me as an out of state buyer. The seller was difficult to work with but Henry put in the time to make sure we got the best deal we could. He arranged for a perk test of the property and met with the tester personally onsite to make sure it was done where we needed it. Did everything he could to help us, couldn't ask for more.
