This year has already brought so many changes in so many blessings to the life of my fiance and I. None greater than finding out our family would be growing with our second child. With such a blessing also came big life-altering choices. None bigger than deciding we wanted to provide a growing family with our first owned home here in Fresno. With this choice came so many questions and wonders. How do we even begin? Who can give us guidance and who can not only share in our excitement of buying a first home but also related to our anxieties. Well our first choice we had to make also became our best decision and that was choosing Oscar Mata as our chosen realtor. Immediately after taking us on as clients Oscar checked all of our boxes we wanted in a realitor. Dependable and patient. He was there on a moment's notice. He understood at times we didn't even know what we wanted and helped us guide us through decisions and gave us a space to choose and craft a house that we wanted to make our own. He understood our financial situation and was able to meet both our budget and our preferences. Most importantly he was relatable. He shared his experiences in buying his first home which reflected all the worries and jitters we were feeling. We knew he had been in our shoes & also worked who many who had been, so we knew we were in great hands. In the end there was no happier moment then receiving those keys and walking through that door of our first home with our family and Oscar. I think he might have been just as excited than we were for me and my family and we cannot recommend Oscar Mata more highly as a realtor!
