My husband and I have been looking forward to retirement and building a new home. Orlanda Powell was truly a blessing and Godsend. His professionalism and attentiveness to our needs were better than we could have ever expected. When sharing our dream and what we were looking for he NAILED it. He was always available for questions and did a magnificent job explaining the process and details of building a home. He was always quick to respond. He was there for us every step of the way. His presence was greatly appreciated because this was all new to us. As a previous trainer in the banking industry, very seldom did I give a perfect score because there is always room for growth, but I also realize there are exceptions and Orlanda is one of them.
