Don't look any further!! Elvys is your guy. On the FIRST open house we got a buyer and closed. We were impressed on his ability to create the right opportunities to sell the house. His visions of what we needed to fix before we posted the property and epic pictures of the house just took our sales value up a notch above the rest at a minimum cost to our pocket. It was such a smooth and worry free process because he took care of all the details for us. He even stepped in to do minor handyman work when ours was too sick to go. He definitely saved our day for the walk through.
