A native of the Finger Lakes Region of New York, Lee now resides in Palm Coast, Florida, where she specializes in luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, foreclosures, and commercial real estate. She is dual licensed in both Florida and New York, offering clients seamless expertise across the Gulf and East Coast regions of Florida, as well as Upstate New York. Lee holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the State University of New York. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist (DSS), Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist, and holds additional designations in Corporate Inventory Management and E-Certification. Her background includes representing Pride Mark Homes and Spall Homes, both highly regarded home builders in Upstate New York, where she gained extensive knowledge in new construction and community development. Beyond real estate, Lee has successfully owned and operated multiple businesses, including a P&C insurance agency and a healthcare consulting firm. Her entrepreneurial background strengthens her skills in negotiation, marketing, and team development.
