Omar was very helpful at first, the way he has spoken to me had me excited to buy my first house. Unfortunately, as time passes by it was rarely that i talked to Omar. At first i understood that i wasn't the only person that he might be working with but coming back to the states, communicating with Omar become more difficult then ever. As a veteran, i know professionalisms and i understand service to others so i know the difference when im being taken care of or when im being used. I was being pressure to get a house that was 1hr away from my job when i requested for a place a lot closer, i was being lied too about homes that were available i had to do my own research an make calls because omar was just telling me there wasn't any home available near my job and taking the word of others then doing the research himself. I was called shady when i felt uncomfortable about a deal. the only time Omar called me was when he thought that he was going to lose his commission. I never felt the my need was priority, it felt more like since it was my first time buying a house it was easy for him to take advantage of me so my need was last. i first made contact with Omar around Mar 2022 the first time i ever meet Omar face 2 face was on closing day. to be honest i would never work again with Omar because i believe he is in it for his own gains and not in service of helping others. you should feel prideful with the help you give to others then the rewards comes after. if you don't believe me, it ok i have proof.
