BOUGHT A HOUSE IN UPPER MARLBORO, MARYLAND Ivan helped me buy a house in Upper Marlboro, MD and was always enthusiastic about the process. Linda was amazing! I really enjoyed working with her. She was made every effort to get me into homes that fit what I was looking for. When I decided on a property, she quickly worked on the very few negotiations so we could close in a timely fashion. Throughout the process, she was so kind, funny, congenial, and patient. Michelle was super responsive to our texts and calls, professional in how she communicated with us as well as sellers agents, inspectors, bank personnel and anyone involved. She was on time and ready to take us to see multiple properties at a moments notice even tho she had other clients as well. When situations would arise where lockboxes wouldnt work she was on it right away with the sellers agent to remedy the situation. She is knowledgeable, competent, caring yet fierce in the negotiation room. We won our contract on the house even tho other buyers had a higher offer!! Shes definitely a realtor I recommend to others.
