Friends of ours had the pleasure of working with Ellen when they made their move to Naples. So when we found ourselves suddenly moving to the Ft Myers area, we gladly accepted the referral. Because of some personal circumstances, we understood shortly after starting our search we were looking for a unicorn. The homes that met our criteria were few and far between, and once one popped up, we needed to act quickly. Ellen was always there to secure a showing. When I despaired thinking we'd never find a home, Ellen was there with whatever was needed ... thinking creatively about our parameters or with reassurance. When we needed a break from the hunt, Ellen was there keeping her eyes & ears open. At every turn Ellen made us feel like we were her absolute only priority. And when we finally found the unicorn, her analysis of comps was on point and she approached the transaction like she was negotiating with her own money. Ellen kept everyone in the deal on track with all of the reminders and from beginning to end, it was organized and seamless. As I sit drinking coffee in our unicorn, I still don't know how she does it so easily and with warmth and humor. She's professional, smart, creative, knowledgeable, responsive & she's just a darn nice person. I'm an agent myself and she'll always be our go to Realtor. She's just THAT good.

Working with Ellen was such a pleasure, she went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy and smooth as possible. She is extremely responsive any time and day, and always gave me her honest opinion. She did a great job getting to know me and figuring out what exactly I was looking for. She was extremely thoughtful and made sure to send me little reminders in advance about upcoming showings. Ellen always arrived prepared, all the showings she set up worked out perfectly, we never had to look for keys, etc... Ellen couldn't have done a more wonderful job, even after the transaction. Her advice is gold and I can't recommend working with her enough!
