About Olivia Chavez

Olivia Chavez is a real estate salesperson with San Fernando Realty/Mission Real Estate. She graduated from California State University Northridge with a B.S. in Business Management/Consumers Affairs and minor in Chicano Studies. Being a daughter of immigrant parents and the first in her family to obtain a higher education degree, she truly understands the value of knowledge. She is an active member in the local association participating in the grievance, governmental affairs and education committee and Young Professional Network Chair, as well as holding a manager position in her office. Her leadership position as 2016 Vice President and 2017 President for NAHREP San Fernando Chapter, has allowed her to expand her footprint and build relationships that have helped her business grow substantially. She prides herself in serving her sellers and buyers with the best of service and her priority is helping all families achieve their real estate goal. Whether it is their first home, move-up property, sale of their childhood home no transaction is too small or too complicated for Olivia and her team. I cannot say enough about Olivia and the time and effort she took helping us to try and find a home over a 4-month period. We were faced with the challenge of not having stellar credit during difficult times when rents are skyrocketing. She met us several times to view homes, went above and beyond contacting landlords/realtors, presented us as good responsible tenants, and did her very best to help find us a home. We did not know Olivia prior. She was the realtor on one of the homes we were looking at and just kept offering to help us find a home for our family. She didn't care about any commission, never seemed upset no matter how much I bugged her about viewing yet another property. People like Olivia are hard to find these days. Most realtors only care about a commission, and not the actual person. We are grateful to have found her. I only hope I can repay the favor one day. I would recommend anyone looking for a home to contact Olivia. She's incredibly professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with.
