I am so glad we went with Olivia as our realtor for buying our first home. She worked tirelessly for us and was always available. She is so familiar with the area and the market. She was endlessly patient as she took us to showings, adjusting based on our preferences and helping us find the perfect home. Olivia is BEST realtor in town! I know that this is such a clichA(C) to write, but it is true and let me tell you why. Olivia is excellent at her job because she has been doing it for a while. Even in times like this when there is no completion with other buyers because interest rates are extremely high, Olivia is capable of finding exactly what you need and want because she knows the market and she is very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. She is definitely the best person that can help you chose your home and point in the right direction to achieve your dream because she has really good taste (her Italian origins contribute to it), and this quality makes a difference when you chose a realtor.
