Olga helped us sell our house in Garfield. She recommended the necessary repairs, and helped plan for putting the house on the market. She explained how to price the property correctly to get the most money, and what to expect once the listing goes live. She was with us all the way from start to finish: through the showings in the first three days of the listing, reviewing all offers and conducting negotiations with buyers. In total, we had 31 showings, 4 qualified offers, and a one highest and best buyer. The house sold very fast and for way more money than we expected.
