Ola was wonderful - she assisted us in both buying our new home and selling our old one. It has been a long time since we had been involved in real estate and we were unsure about a number of things - particularly as the market surged this summer and softened suddenly after Labor Day. Our house purchase was a very unique situation with more direct communication between buyers and sellers than normal, and there were valuation questions and repair issues. But she helped us deal with all of them and keep everything in the proper perspective. The sales transaction was likely more "normal." She helped us manage expectations and deal with a number of issue common in older houses. And she did so with great patience and understanding. She was very responsive and always very helpful. And while I don't think we were particularly difficult or demanding clients, I am sure we were unique in our wants, needs and ideals - you would have never known that from how she interacted with us. She is very bright, has good common sense, and presents herself, and her clients superbly. We would definitely call on her again.
