My name is Ochuko Ekuke. My journey in real estate wasn't your typical path. It began with hands-on experience in residential construction, then transitioned to building and maintaining beautiful swimming pools. But my curiosity for the bigger picture led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in real estate, driven by a desire to help people navigate the complexities of property ownership. As your real estate consultant and advisor, my unique background equips me with not only market knowledge but also a deep understanding of the physical structures themselves. This allows me to offer informed guidance and anticipate potential challenges before they arise. What is my ultimate reward? Seeing the smile on my client's face after helping them achieve their dream, whether it's finding them the perfect home or selling their property strategically. Both fuel my passion for real estate. But who am I outside of real estate? Born and raised in Nigeria, I embraced global experiences, studying in Europe before settling in the United States in 2013. My travels (23 countries and counting!) have instilled in me a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. I'm passionate about people and their stories. I find joy in connecting with others, understanding their unique aspirations, and playing a role in making them a reality. I'm a football (soccer) fanatic. When I'm not working, you might find me cheering on my favorite team! I'm a nature enthusiast. I miss the California landscape, but I'm discovering the unique beauty of Nevada and reveling in the summer months here in Las Vegas. I'm a family man. Married to my amazing wife Candace, we have a wonderful son, Ejiro, and our canine companion, Rick. Las Vegas truly feels like home, especially during those balmy summers when we explore all the city has to offer.
