Licensed in 2000, first in California, then in Texas, Norma brings a wide breadth of experience, working both as loan officer/originator in the past and now as a Realtor. Embarking on a career in real estate by chance, Norma recalls the time when her father's Realtor changed her family's life by showing him how to invest in real estate. Watching not only her father's success but the financial stability that developed for her family, Norma began dreaming of her future in the business. Seeing herself develop a true passion for real estate as she began assisting her father in preparing and managing the investment properties he bought, Norma continued her career path, going on to earn both real estate and mortgage broker licenses. Since those early days, she has trained and worked in all areas of the profession from loan originating to becoming a sales director to co-owning her own real estate business, Lira Realty Group. With the belief that real estate is in her DNA, Norma has gone above and beyond the traditional standard of training, earning a Certified Buyer Representative designation, among others. Because of her extensive experience and training, Norma has been able to provide her clients with the best service possible, launching her to the top of her profession. Among the many accolades Norma has achieved, she has been most proud of the multi-year recognition by the NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) as one of the Top 100 agents in San Antonio, and top 250 nationwide. She is equally proud of being recognized by the Platinum Top 50 organization, as well as her brokerage, Keller Williams Heritage, as a top-producing agent. As a Spanish speaking California native, Norma is proud to have called San Antonio home for the last decade. It is within the Alamo City that she attended college (at UIW), established a successful real estate business with her husband Enrique, and began raising her children. As a sister to three siblings, Norma highly values time with her family, taking opportunities to watch movies and play together, as well as travel to destinations such as Mexico and South America.
