Every transaction is unique, it involves seller, buyer, lender, title, insurance, attorney, township, HOA, etc. Quite a daunting task, it's not our first buy here, but this purchase sure presented its own challenge, low ball appraisal, new stringent Fannie Mae condo guideline, master association insurance coverage flaw, bank's internal office politics, etc., sometimes, we felt it is not only a road blocker, but rather like hitting a wall, It's stressful, what a heck.
