He was proactive, has the utmost integrity and is extremely trustworthy; this may be due to his extensive military background. Noel was a pleasure to work with and found me the perfect property! He assisted with Blount County and provided resources for a soil test and site evaluation. He was responsive even after I returned home to Portland; his communication was great! I am a Commercial Real Estate/Construction Loan Closer at a Bank and a former Real Estate Agent, so I think I know when I find a great Realtor like Noel. Noel was the best realtor because he was "chill" when he needed to be, but aggressive when he needed to be. He encouraged us to keep counter-offering longer than I would have, and we saved more money. He was very patient when we had our first house fall through, and worked with us months later when we tried to purchase another home.
