It was a pleasure working with Andrew. He was patient and understanding he went out of his way multiple times and had my back entire time in relation to my sale as well as transitioning into a condo! After pulling our house out of the market due to unsuccessful results, my husband and I decided to do our research on picking another real estate agent who would really showcase what our house had to offer. We came across one of Jasons house tour videos on the internet and were really impressed. We called up Jason and entrusted him with the task of selling our house. Needless to say, our house didnt even last a month in the market and sold over asking. First off, Jasons video of my house tour was superb. From the angles he filmed my house to the music he chose; it detailed all the features and highlighted all the aesthetics in the house. Richards strategic marketing skills assisted in getting us multiple over-asking offers. His patience, knowledge, and constant communication with us made for a smooth process. The private showings were a breeze because a specific schedule was set throughout the week; hence, no frantic house preps due to last-minute showing requests! I also appreciated that Richard was present at my house for the private showings because had any prospective buyers had any questions, he was there to answer them in real time. The quality of this teams work is far superior to most. They are true experts whose experience and proficiency in the real estate market allowed for this dreadful process to be quick, easy and successful.
