competent & smooth Nina represented both seller & buyer successfully. This must be difficult for an agent. It was our 1st and only home buying experience. We were facing a complete rebuild: foundation,electric,plumbing etc. She negotiated with the owner for a slight reduction in the asking price. We all came out of it satisfied.
