Nina Recommended by a friend. Agent for life! I was looking to sell my condominium to move on to next step of my life. I was going to get married the following year and was looking to purchase a house for myself and my wife to be. I bought my condominium new. I was recommended to Nina by a friend who has used her. I bought my condominium back in 1990 so it needed to be updated and refreshed. Nina was able to provide me with a list of contractors from painting to carpets to repairs . It made my life easier because I did not know anyone. She handled all the necessary schedules with the contractors in order to get my place on the market. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was able to sell my condominium at a price that was more than I expected! With Nina's help I was able to move on to next chapter of my life! competent & smooth Nina represented both seller & buyer successfully. This must be difficult for an agent. It was our 1st and only home buying experience. We were facing a complete rebuild: foundation,electric,plumbing etc. She negotiated with the owner for a slight reduction in the asking price. We all came out of it satisfied.
