Id like to rate Nina as a Property Manager, not a real estate agent.Nina was hired to assist with property management as owner is out of state. Her communication was not ok. Had to reach out to her time and time again for updates, someones got them, lots of times ignored. Had so many issues with Person she had RE-do floors and only once through the 3 weeks dealing with flooring guy did we hear from her. And that was just to confirm the initial start date. She didnt even stop by when there were issues or to see final outcome. Do not hire her as a property manager. Youll regret it.
