Nina did an excellent job selling our house. She was extremely responsive to our needs: answering the many questions, from explaining the process to staging suggestions, to scheduling showings, taking our suggestions into account regarding negotiating price, and scheduling the closing date. All the while, Nina was knowledgable , supportive, and positive as the process continued to its end. At the end, we felt we had gained a friend as well as benefitted from an excellent realtor.
