Nina did a spectacular job selling my house. What I liked most about Nina is she did not put any pressure on me when I was in the process of getting my house ready to sell. As a matter of fact, I called her and said I'm ready to put my house on the market and she seemed shocked I was ready so soon. Nina was very professional and helpful. She worked to make the sale happen and responded very quickly to answer all questions and concerns. Nina went out of her way to meet us or come to us for signatures when needed. She made herself available and arranged with seller for us to go into the house again with a painter for estimate. Nina did an amazing job!!! I am a first time seller, a condo in Groton City. Nina made the process seem simple. Everything was well coordinated and we were able to obtain more than the asking price for our home - I would highly recommend her on either the buyer or seller side of a transaction, her knowledge was superior!
