I cannot say enough great things about Nikohle and my homebuying experience!! Being a first time homebuyer, I was a bit nervous coming into this. Nikohle helped me understand the process from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted in a house and also picked up on items that I didn't express, but she knew I would like. Between the houses I wanted to see and her suggestions, she was able to get us into appointments fast and around my schedule. Not every house is a fit and ones that you think are a fit, don't work out for multiple reasons. Nikohle kept encouraging me that the right one is out there, and it was. If it wasnt for her we definitely would have lost our dream home She answered all questions and was so patient with us as we went through this for the first time She knows a lot about the community which helps in this crazy market She also is very honest and will let you know if it is a problem house She definitely will not let her clients get a house they will regret later on

Nikohle was very patient with me. She was willing to work with my schedule and showed me properties that were within my budget as well as met my needs. She was dedicated and an advocate for me. I never felt pressure to make an offer on a property. I feel very blessed to have made a new fras well as a new house!

I don't even know where to start. Nikohle made home buying so easy. We were expecting to go to the houses we had mentioned, not aware of all the listings in the market similar to what we wanted. Nikohle provided so many housing options to look at. She didn't pressure us into buying, and she was so patient with my back and forth thought process. She took our concerns to heart, and showed us new spaces. If we had any doubts she put in her own time to research. Our lender fell through and she faces us so many options for different lenders who could help us. She was very involved, and made sure that the process was moving forward with every roadblock we encountered. Nikohle is the only realtor we will ever use!
