About Nikki Theisen

A Central MN resident most of my life, I attended Sartell High School and obtained my Bachelor's degree in biomedical science and environmental studies from St. Cloud State University. I worked in the science field for 5 years and started my own pet care business in 2018. In 2020, I purchased and remodeled, down to the studs, my first flip house and sold over two million dollars in real estate my first year. My experience building a successful business, passion for home renovation and drive to help others are what motivated me to pursue a career in real estate. I joined Central MN Realty because their standard of customer service and community involvement matches my own business goals. My diverse background allows me to think outside the box and offer advice in all aspects of real estate with experience in new construction, land & lot sales, and rental properties. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or invest, I'm here to help you achieve your goals. My businesses are built on one simple concept; The Golden Rule. I treat my clients' transactions (and their pets) as if they were my own. I strive to provide the highest level of customer service for my clients and build lasting relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, & pets, working out, going to church, & doing home renovations.

Nicole helped us find our hobby farm in the middle of a world pandemic. We had purchased/ sold homes before while moving around with the Army, and were ready to settle down. Unfortunately for Nicole, this meant we were very selective in what we were looking for, but she handled it with grace and energy! She diligently put together our "short list" and was always ready to join us on a viewing. She was very thoughtful and had masks, hand sanitizer, and used disinfecting wipes while handling anything in the house (this was during early pandemic phase when this wasn't commonplace yet). She was also very helpful with the Homes for Heroes which saved us a lot on the new place!! Our daughter loved spending time with her on the playground at our new place when we closed and still asks when Nikki will be back. We love our house and would recommend her services to anyone looking!
