I could not have asked for a better agent than Nikki. She went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first 1031 exchange of investment property and she was knowledgeable on these transactions and put my mind at ease. If she was not able to answer my calls, she responded very quickly to my voice mails. Nikki knows the area well and I was counting on that because I live in California and was buying property that I was not going to be able to personally view.
