ZillowVERIFIEDNikki was recommended to us at a really great time. We were first time home buyers and were getting very tired of our second realtor. We saw this house on one of the home buying websites and wanted to go see it because it was beautiful and in a great location. Well, we were told that it wasn't ready to be shown and we couldn't see it. Well, one thing led to another and we parted ways with our realtor the next day. We met Nikki 2 days after that and she had us in the house for a showing that same weekend. We put in our offer, they accepted and we owned the house a month later. Nikki was truly masterful with the way she handled the sellers realtor. He was not fun to work with at all (which I understand because he is supposed to get them his clients the best price possible). Nikki navigated the deal with ease even though he fought it the whole way. She was there for us the whole way making sure that we never made any mistakes that might hurt us later down the road. She has even been there for us during the past year to give us names for reliable contractors for us to use around the house. Nikki would be a great agent for anyone to buy/sell their next house with!

ZillowVERIFIEDI Interviewed Nikki in 2018 to get an idea of the market and how to prepare to list my home. We were in agreement so we met again in February 2019, reviewed what was done, adjusted the price for market conditions, and signed the contract. She took photos of the property, wrote the Ad, and sent it for my review. This was done in a positive manner which resulted in multiple showings almost on a daily basis. I was always made aware of these as well as any questions or offers. Everything went well and I closed and turned over the keys within 2 months of listing. I think of Nikki as a hard worker and dedicated professional who I would recommend

Now there are good realtors out there, but if you want the very best, then you need to contact Mike Schuler at Cutler Realty. I want to say that Mike Schuler personally went above and beyond the call of duty for my family in getting us our dream home. He really had to work to make this happen as we presented him with countless complications that a lesser realtor would have given up on. These issues were all on our end and he was able to make what seemed like the impossible...POSSIBLE. I used a VA loan, which is the one loan many realtors and sellers hate working with, but Mike has done countless VA loans and has no issues working with this type of loan or any other traditional loans for that matter. In fact, he knows many of the specifics using a VA loan and was able to educate me on what to expect. He puts his 30+ years in real estate to great use. Additionally, there were other complications like home appraisal and inspection that he assisted with that others would never do as it is not their job. Let me say that there were things that may have prevented or delayed getting this home, but Mike was so proactive and hands on that he took care of these issues before they could even become a bigger issue. He puts the same care and attention to detail in helping you purchase your home as if it was he purchasing the home. Mike will help assist you every step of the way and he has a team of professionals that he will work with to advise and ensure that you are never left on your own in your home buying or selling process. Trust me as you do not get this kind of special treatment by other realtors as you are treated as just another number. I was so frustrated with the complications of this home purchase (it was all due to my own issues) that I wanted to give up pursuing this home altogether. Mike was able to keep me focused and in positive spirits during those difficult times, which was instrumental in order to close on the home. Mike takes the time to meet you and your family and finds out what you are looking for in a home and will address any of your questions or concerns before you start looking. He is a family man with the highest values as his company is all family run. He has his brother Mark and daughter Nikki, who are both equally amazing and they all go out of their way to help you. The entire Schuler family is down to Earth and you will never feel uncomfortable as if it is just a business to them. When you are working with Mike Schuler and his family at Cutler Realty, you are always made to feel like you are the most important client as they will not brush you aside for other clients as they are completely dedicated to you. They are very passionate and love helping people out. They conduct business from Mikes beautiful home and you always have that feeling of warmth when you are working with them. They all put in very long hours and in the event you do not get in touch with them initially, they will always answer your text messages, phone calls or emails in a timely manner. My family was able to get an amazing dream home that was well under market and the appraised value and we owe it all to Mike Schuler. There is nobody in the Palmetto Bay or especially Cutler Bay area that I can recommend more as he truly is the number one realtor in those areas for a good reason as his reputation precedes him.
