My fiancA(C)e and I had been house hunting for a few months. In the Reno/Sparks market that was quite difficult! It seemed every house we liked or wanted to see was either impossible to schedule a walk through or already had an offer by the time our current realtor got back to us about the house. We came upon a house in south reno without our current realtor. I thought it was going to be the one for us but our realtor at the time wasnt getting back to us about it. I took a chance and called the number on the for sale sign with Nigels information. He not only answered on the first phone call, he scheduled an appointment for us to see the house the following day. That house ended up not being what we were looking for. After talking with Nigel for a bit, he realized what we were really looking for. He went out of his way that day and scheduled multiple walk throughs at various houses for us on the spot! (We couldnt get our current realtor to even call us back in a timely manner let alone schedule anything we could look at before it was taken off the market.) It only took Nigel a few hours to find exactly what we wanted! We literally decided right then and there he was the man for the job! After looking for months with no luckaEUR| We could not believe he made it happen in one day! We filed papers that night through Nigel and closed on our first home shortly after!!! I truly believe we would still be living in a cramped condo with no living space had we not been lucky enough to meet Nigel! Hes very professional and personable! Nigel was exceptional with helping us purchase a second home in Reno. We live about 2 hours away from Reno and identified a home online that we desired to look at and sent in a web request. Nigel responded by phone within 15 minutes (in the evening), arranged to meet us within 48 hours at the home, and remained in contact with us until we arrived for the viewing. The same day, we made an offer that Nigel delivered to the homeowner. A few other separate offers were also made this same day. Nigel helped us navigate what was needed to win the bidding with very minimal $$ over the asking price. Thereafter, Nigel managed all particulars (there were many), was excellent with communications, and made it easy to purchase the home remotely with a fast 30-day close. We arrived back to Reno the day of the close and Nigel handed us the keys, along with a very nice thank-you gift. Nigel has remained in touch since. My wife and I rate Nigel 10 out of 10 and highly recommend.
