Having grown up in South Florida, Nidia has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and its trends. She obtained a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Thereafter, owning several businesses she chose to pursue her Real Estate career in 2015, and now is focuses on North Central Florida and the adjacent areas. Nidia's work and business ethics has helped her to create a significant number of relationships in the business, Hispanic community, and in the real estate industry. In addition, she is of Cuban descent and in turn can speak fluently in Spanish. She brings her Hispanic culture and resilience to achieve her goals, thus, widening her community outreach. She says it simple, "Making opportunities happen and getting it done, while building trust in relationships is priceless". She prides herself on consistent professionalism, complete transparency, unwavering honesty, and the utmost respect for all.
