My beautiful home had been on the market for 9 mos. with no interest when I found Nicolette. She advised me on staging and price. Her photographer took pictures worthy of a magazine. Once showings began feedback was quick and specific. My calls were returned promptly and questions answered easily. When the first buyers backed out 10 days before the scheduled closing we were both shocked and I needed some "hand holding" which she provided. Nicolette got right to work showing a now empty house. She found new buyers and even had a backup! I've dealt with realtors all over the country...she is the best.

Nicolette was by far, an outstanding realtor. Because of her, the whole process was rather easy and overall stress free. She looks out for your needs and knows what to "push for". She made sure we missed no deadlines with the inspection, or anything else. I don't plan on moving ever again, but if I do, I will be calling her. I highly recommend Nicolette Wayland!

We came across Nicolette on Zillow and gave her a call very early in our house-hunting, unclear of what we wanted. She showed us a number of homes in various areas, talked us through the different options, and had a very realistic approach to buying our first home. She was informed and knowledgeable with each step of the process, including the structure and systems in homes and had solid recommendations for anyone we would need. We ran into a problem with our mortgage company and went with her recommendation and they were a great find! Also went with her rec for inspector and he was fantastic. You cannot go wrong with Nicolette. She's the best.
