Nicoleta grew up in Arkansas then moved to Atlanta in 2013, where she got her real estate license and met her husband, Ryan, while at Keller Williams Midtown Atlanta. The couple then moved to KW Intown Atlanta where they were top producers in the HIGHLY competitive Intown Atlanta market. She also leverages her background in visual merchandising to help homeowners understand how home staging and design can be utilized to get top dollar when sold. Even though she has only been licensed in Florida for a shorter time, she has been in Real Estate since 2013.
