ZillowVERIFIEDI recently had the slight misfortune of being relocated by my company. This, of course, meant I had to sell my home. From beginning to end Nicole was a stellar agent. Since my move was corporate related it meant that not only did she have to deal with a seller (me) and a buyer, but also my goofy relocation company. We'll call them "Relo". Relo has many requirements for paperwork and hoops to jump through, including having to talk to different people to get normally standard/simple things done. The listing process began with a general consultation on my expectations and needs. She then scheduled a photo shoot for my home that turned out fabulously... Who knew she was a part time photographer too!? The listing and showings went smoothly. And then came the buyers from heck. Despite the fact that these buyers pulled every annoying homebuyer trick in the book, Nicole weathered their demands with patience and grace. She also helped calm me down on a few occasions (they even stooped to stalking me while I still lived there). Before closing, there were a few items I needed to have fixed. Nicole helped me to find individuals to quickly and reasonably (priced) fix the items. "Relo" required that I sell the house to them and then the final closing was between "Relo" and "heckbuyers". Nicole had to handle both situations and they both were successful. A great agent. I highly recommend her.
