My husband and I recently moved down to South Carolina two years ago after living up in the cold New Hampshire! When we anticipated the move, Justin found Nicole and reached out to let her know we may be looking to buy a house in Aiken, SC in the near future. We ended up in apartment living for the next 5 months but never forgot about Nicole based off our first few interactions with her. In mid-October, I found out I was pregnant, and my husband reached back out to Nicole and had a house visit set up the next week. We went to this beautiful property in North Augusta. Not being from the area, we didnt realize it wasnt that great of an area and Nicole, thinking of a soon-to-be momma, honestly spoke out against that neighborhood for our family. I felt so encouraged of her honesty and that she wasnt just trying to make a sale. The next night we went to go look at another house - and it was gorgeous and right in our price range, in an amazing neighborhood! She was an awesome communicator throughout the entire process and always a friendly face to converse with. At closing, she gave us a hand-painted ornament of our property. Just gorgeous! Two years later, we called her again when we were looking into sell and move out of state again. This time I was pregnant again, with our second, and nine months pregnant, to say the least. Nicole was so mindful throughout the entire process - with house showings, open house, getting our pictures taken, etc, as we were in a busy season awaiting our child to be born and move back up north. She had truly gone above and beyond the entire process - after having lots of complicated requests through our buyer, she was a wonderful representative for our family, researched contractors in our time of need, and walked us through getting everything done in what seemed like the 11th hour. Our family will always be grateful for Nicole and her investment in our selling our home. Highly recommend Nicole - and if you are looking for a home inspector, her husband Paul is a great one!
