Meet Nicole

I have been a licensed REALTOR(R) in Iowa since 2015. I worked in the retail industry for over ten years, prior to obtaining my real estate license. Customer service is, and always has been, my number one priority. I was raised right here, in Spencer, and I love being able to serve the great community I grew up in.

I am a member of EXIT Realty Midwest, the Iowa Great Lakes Board of REALTORS(R), Iowa association of REALTORS(R), and the National Association of REALTORS(R). I am also a member of the Spencer Chamber of Commerce.

I was nominated and voted the 2020, 2022 and 2023 silver award winner for the Spencer Radio Group's People's Choice for Real Estate Agent in NW Iowa.

A little bit about me

I am 'mom' to three busy boys, Noah, Colin, and Blake, and spend most of my free time with them, and my husband. I enjoy being with our family and friends, being outdoors, biking on our wonderful local trail system, shopping, and traveling.
