Nicole helped me buy my home with the patience of a saint! After working with me throughout the entire process for over a year, she never waivered in her professionalism, kindness or customer service! She assisted me with homes that were so close to closing but did not & yet her demeanor never waivered and she was always the sweetest person to work with. I was terrified at this final closing but her positivity reassured me that it was just 1st time home-buying jitters. I am very grateful that Nicole was my realtor. As a first time home buyer the process can be very scary. However, Nicole made this process painless and as easy as possible. She was there at every turn no question went unanswered if we were unclear about anything she made sure to answer all questions. In addition, what I liked most about my experience with Nicole was that even if she did not have an answer to your question she left no stone unturned until she got you the information you needed to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend her as a realtor and if I ever become ready to buy again I need to look no further Nicole you are awesome!

Our home buying experience was easier than buying a car, thanks to Nicole. She was the first realtor to pick up the phone. Thanks to her, we were able to view the property within 4 hrs, place a bid 3 hrs later and have it accepted by dinner time. Our daughter was in her condo in less than 2 weeks! The paper work went through promptly and she even called us if we missed a timely document in our emails. I highly recommend Nicole. How to have my home appraised?

If you are looking to sell you do not need to do an appraisal. The buyer will pay for that and complete it. Having a realtor who is skilled in pricing can assist you in setting the best price to make sure you are in market value.
