ZillowVERIFIEDI have in in real estate for over 50 years. I have bought and sold multiple properties in New England, Florida and Arizona. Nicole is a true profesional and has a work effort not driven just by just the commission. Our expierence involved giving her a list of the property requirements. We would follow Zillow indintifing properties that she would inspect, After her ruling a number out she reported one that met all our requirments. We went to contract sight unseen and did a confirming viewing before the closing. She made it a hassel free aqusition. When we were ready to liqudate this property in a post huricane enviomrnt Nicole was agressive in exposing the property with multiple open houses. We sold where we wanted to be after testing the market. Nichole is not a part timer or retiree waiting for the phone to ring, she is a true ethical profesional. My standard for selecting a Realtor is the same I use retaining a lawyer, accountant and yes my doctor. Someone with years of expierence and a record of not wasting my time or theirs focusing on getting my transaction done. Florida is a market area with wide swings in value. Too often too few or too many listing means selecting a pro to navigate the market and who will be honest with you not just getting a commission. We found Nicole met that standard.
