About Nicole Malone

Nicole is a Colorado native who grew up in Highlands Ranch and couldn't be happier to call Colorado her home! She has traveled to 43 states, and none of them offers the lifestyle that Colorado does. During her childhood, Nicole's Dad worked as a lender and spent a lot of time working from their home. She was able to assist him with all aspects of his business, gradually gaining insights into the complex world of Real Estate from a lender's perspective. After her dad's 25+ years in the business, he transitioned from a desk job to rehabbing homes in the Denver Metro Area. At that point, it was only natural for Nicole to obtain her license and start working alongside her Dad, renovating and selling homes. It was scary to venture into something new after years of working for a Sports Marketing company, but she took the plunge because sticking to the status quo was even scarier. Nicole has been licensed for 11 years and has assisted over 200 families in finding their first home, selling their childhood homes, purchasing their next investment property, or moving into their dream house. She is also a proud mom to a 5-year-old son, a 1 year old son and a loving wife to her husband, Shawn. Whether you're buying or selling a home, it's a deeply personal experience. It could be the home you've always dreamed of buying or your childhood home filled with memories. In any case, Nicole cares about what that home means to you. She takes the time to get to know her clients and cultivate lifelong friendships because real estate is a personal business, and her clients are the most important aspect to her.

Nicole was very helpful during my house purchase process. She was so professional, listen very carefully to the discription of my dream home and personalized a profile for me. I wanted to buy at DenverArea; but later I change my mind and decided to buy at springs, she volunteer to go to springs and video tour all the houses that I was interested because I was so busy. Nicole was very helpful in our search for the perfect first home. Nicole was very patient with me as we sat and talked over everything we were looking for in a home. After multiple showings we finally came upon the one. Nicole recommended we write the sellers a letter telling them about us and how we could see their home as the home we could start our family in. It did the trick! With other offers in they still chose us because we opened ourselves us to the sellers in the letter Nicole recommended we write. I believe that the sellers appreciated the letter so much because we weren't just strangers they handed their keys over to, we were two people and a dog who were starting our lives and found their home to be the best place to start that journey. Nicole really knows what she is doing, she isn't just looking for the next client to make a sale on she's looking to meet people and be apart of one of the most important decisions in their lives. Her input and optimism made the process so much easier for us. We will always go to Nicole when we are in the market and I will always recommend her to friends and family.
