Nicole Malone

Nicole is a Colorado native who grew up in Highlands Ranch and couldn't be happier to call Colorado her home! She has traveled to 43 states, and none of them offers the lifestyle that Colorado does. During her childhood, Nicole's Dad worked as a lender and spent a lot of time working from their home. She was able to assist him with all aspects of his business, gradually gaining insights into the complex world of Real Estate from a lender's perspective. After her dad's 25+ years in the business, he transitioned from a desk job to rehabbing homes in the Denver Metro Area. At that point, it was only natural for Nicole to obtain her license and start working alongside her Dad, renovating and selling homes. It was scary to venture into something new after years of working for a Sports Marketing company, but she took the plunge because sticking to the status quo was even scarier. Nicole has been licensed for 11 years and has assisted over 200 families in finding their first home, selling their childhood homes, purchasing their next investment property, or moving into their dream house. She is also a proud mom to a 5-year-old son, a 1 year old son and a loving wife to her husband, Shawn. Whether you're buying or selling a home, it's a deeply personal experience.
