Nicole Leininger

A third-generation real estate broker, Nicole Leininger brings more than 17 years of experience to the North Shore office of Ivester Jackson Christie's. Nicole's background in the industry goes back to her childhood, as she grew up in a family of REALTORS(R). Nicole began working in the marketing department for a new construction builder while in high school and college, eventually moving into on-site sales. Upon graduating from Colorado State University, she followed in her father and grandfather's footsteps by becoming a residential real estate broker. Nicole's vast experience spans three states and ranges from working with buyers, sellers, and investors to relocations and new construction. As a designated Military Relocation Professional, she is honored to serve the armed forces community, since her husband, father and other family members served our country. Having personally relocated several times throughout her husband's career, Nicole understands firsthand the stresses of the process as both the customer and the sales associate. She is also a waterfront property specialist and carries the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR(R) Institute designation.A native of Denver, Colorado, Nicole now calls Mooresville home. She utilizes Ivester Jackson Christie's extensive network and resources to create innovative solutions for her buyers and sellers alike. Nicole prides herself on being prompt and efficient, keeping her customers informed during every step of the journey and resolving problems quickly. Her customers often become her friends, and she treats everyone like family. Outside of the office, Nicole can often be found cheering on her son's football team, or her daughter's cheer team. An avid water and snow skier, she lives an active lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, trying out new restaurants, and enjoying all that the lake has to offer. As a prominent member of the Mooresville community, Nicole frequently volunteers at her children's schools and the family's church.
